Mrs. Greco has been the Art teacher at St. James School since 2000.This year she is assisting Mrs. Francik with 6th/7th Literature and Mrs. Gilfillan with afternoon Pre-K.  She was born and raised in Rockford, Illinois. Mrs. Greco graduated from Guilford High School and from the University of Illinois with a BFA in Art Education.

She is passionate about teaching children art.  Mrs. Greco believes that God has given every child the gift to be creative and encourages each student to achieve this through their artwork.

The Art program at St. James School has come a long way since the days when Mrs. Greco went from room to room on an Art Cart! The beautiful Art room is a perfect environment for creating masterpieces. The art curriculum includes drawing, painting, fiber arts, Art History and of course paper mâché, to name a few. Each student is encouraged to do their best and to have FUN in the Art Room. God gives every child special gifts and many of those gifts are discovered in her room.
